Before you confirm
Check the items, sizes, customizations, address and total amount in the order summary. Check the delivery costs before proceeding.
Choose a payment method
The means to be used for your order are those offered at the payment stage. Follow the displayed instructions for the chosen method. Depending on your bank and the provider, additional authentication may be requested.
If payment fails or remains uncertain
Check the displayed message and check if you have received an order confirmation. In case of doubt about a debit, avoid renewing the payment immediately: contact the customer service with your order reference and a description of the problem. Your bank can also inform you about the status of the transaction.
Information not to be sent by e-mail
Never communicate your password, full credit card number, cryptogram or security code received by SMS or in your customer service banking application. To explain an incident, the command number and error message are generally sufficient; Hide sensitive catch information.
