Delivery and tracking of your order
Delivery consists of two distinct steps: preparation of your order, and subsequent delivery.
Preparation without customization: 24 hours
For a complete order whose products are available, the preparation time is 24 hours after receipt of payment, without customization.
Preparation with custom embroidery: up to five days
For an order with custom embroidery, the preparation can take up to five days. This period corresponds to the preparation, not the home delivery.
Post-shipment
The delivery time announced is seven to sixteen working days, depending on the destination. It adds to the preparation time. Your order is sent by parcel followed or, for small items, by letter followed, with a tracking number.
Delivery costs and address
See the delivery methods and the proposed fees for your address in the order summary before payment. Check your address and the information required to deliver the package carefully.
In the event of a notice of transit, follow the instructions of the carrier and withdraw your package within the time specified. If an unclaimed package returns to the sender, contact the customer service to arrange the suite. Any costs of a new shipment will be specified to you prior to your agreement, without limiting your legal rights.
Delay, unreceived package or damaged product
Contact us at contact@formule1-tuning.com, indicating your order number and the problem encountered. The tracking number and, if available, photos of the package or item may facilitate processing.
When you use a carrier offered by the store, your rights do not depend on the refund of your insurance or the filing of a claim with the carrier. The duties applicable in the event of delay, loss, damage or non-compliance shall be preserved.
Returns and withdrawals
For eligible purchases, you have 14 days after receipt to notify your withdrawal. Items that are truly personalized can be excluded from this right; the legal guarantees remain applicable. Check out our page dedicated to withdrawal for detailed details.
